The Christmas music is on, the Christmas Party is just around the corner and it’s not long now until all of us at AJB down tools and take a well-earned break. The countdown to ‘shutting up shop’ is officially on but not before we tidy up our last few jobs for the year and call in on our customers to check all is well. Having said that, we never really do stop entirely with teams on 24/7 standby throughout the festive season for many of the local Councils, Highways and anyone in need of emergency tree works. Our staff were quick to volunteer their standby services which reflects just how dedicated and hard working they have all been throughout this year. We have welcomed several new members to the AJB family throughout 2019 and each one of them is an asset to the company, bringing with them a multitude of skills. We’re looking forward to welcoming further members of staff in the new year, both at the office and outside on the tools as we expand our workforce to meet demand and growth. We wouldn’t be the business we are without the people that we have behind us and for that we are incredibly grateful.
Our machinery and equipment have also grown considerably this year, most recently with the delivery of our TP215 T Mobile chipper, she’s a beast! Everyone’s looking forward to utilising the capabilities of such a machine and increasing our efficiency on those larger jobs. The quicker we’re in and out of the job, the quicker the customer can get on with their plans and that makes for a very happy working relationship. Of course, whilst not compromising quality for speed!
We’d like to extend our thanks to all our loyal customers for your unwavering support this year and it has been an absolute pleasure working with you all. We’re looking forward to what 2020 will bring and meeting new faces and building more new working relationships.
